TURKEY MEATBALLS  

1 lb. ground turkey breast
1/3 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

2 egg whites

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl. Combine all ingredients, shape into 1 inch balls. Place meatballs in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from pan. Use with meatball minestrone soup or spaghetti and sauce.
