2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
4 tbsp. oleo
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. grated American cheese
2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey
2 c. crushed potato chips
Saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms in oleo. Stir in flour
and broth and cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until
melted and smooth. Add chicken. Sprinkle 1 cup potato chips in a
9x9 inch casserole. Add chicken mixture, top with remaining
chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10
minutes before serving.
