Parmesan Turkey

1 cup plain or seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 tsp. Italian seasoning mix
1 cup Milk
1 lb. boneless, skinless Turkey Breast Slices
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a shallow mixing bowl, blend together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasonings. Pour milk into a separate shallow bowl. Warm the olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium to medium-high heat setting. Coat each turkey slice by dipping it first in the milk, then in the breadcrumb mixture. Cook the breaded turkey slices in the warm oil for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through. (If using leftover turkey, coat the slices as directed and cook until warmed through.) Drain turkey slices on paper towels.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
