OLD FASHIONED TURKEY PIE

In saucepan: Melt 1/4 cup margarine and blend in 1/3 cup flour. Add 2 cups stock made from turkey bones or bouillon. Add 1 can or 1 pound onions (drained) or 1 onion cut up, 1 box frozen peas and carrots (cooked), and 2 cups leftover turkey (cut up). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put in 2-quart casserole; cover with biscuit dough. Cut slits in dough for steam to escape. Bake in 450 degree oven for 25 minutes or until browned.
Serves 4
