BAKED TURKEY SQUARES
3 c. cooked turkey
2-1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 c. turkey broth or milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Buttered crumbs
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch
greased baking dish. Beat eggs slightly and blend in broth or
milk. Pour over turkey mixture and wreath with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted
in center, comes out clean. Cut into squares. Serves 9.
