BAKED TURKEY MELT
4 to 5 English muffins,
split
1-1/2 lb. sliced turkey
1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. white or black pepper
1 bunch broccoli, steamed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cheese, mayonnaise and pepper
together. Spray baking pan with Pam. Place split muffins in pan,
then cover with turkey, then with broccoli, then with the cheese
mix. Cover with foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove foil,
then broil until cheese is golden brown.
