PUMPKIN PIE
1-9" unbaked pastry
shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large bowl combine all
ingredients except pastry shell; mix well. Pour into shell. Bake
15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; bake 35-40
minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes
out clean. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
