PUMPKIN CRUNCH

30 oz. can Libby's pumpkin pie mix
2 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped walnuts
White cake mix
1/4 c. oleo, melted
Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 9x13 inch pan with wax paper. Beat eggs, milk, and pie mix. Beat until well mixed. Pour into pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Sprinkle nuts on top. Pour melted oleo over all. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees; lower to 350 degrees and bake about 40 minutes until pumpkin is solidified. Cool. Turn upside down on serving dish. Cut and cover with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
