To print out the recipe just highlight the recipe and

PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1 c. Canola salad oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2 c. canned mashed pumpkin
1 c. chopped nuts
Mix first four ingredients.
In another bowl, mix the next five ingredients. Mix pumpkin in
the bowl with the canola oil in it. Combine flour mixture
gradually into pumpkin mixture; add nuts. Pour into two greased
loaf pans or ring pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or longer
until center of cake springs back.
