PUMPKIN BREAD

2 c. pumpkin
3-1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
2/3 c. water

Mix all together and bake 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes in greased and floured pans. Makes 4 small ones and 2 big loaves.
