KOREAN STYLE BARBECUE RIBS

3 lbs. sliced ribs
6 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sweet cooking rice wine (or sherry)
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. ground garlic
1 tbsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. ground sesame
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. ground pears (can use baby food)

Mix all. Soak sliced ribs in this sauce for more than 5 hours.
