CHICKEN HAWAIIAN
1 cut up chicken
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. lemon peel
Honey (little)
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 can pineapple chunks (reserve 1/3 cup juice)
1 can sliced peaches (reserve all juice)
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 can cherries, drained
1 can pears, drained
Salt, pepper and bake chicken. Cook on medium heat; margarine,
corn starch, lemon peel, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice,
pineapple juice, peach juice and onion. Put baked chicken in 9 x
13 inch baking pan. Top with cherries, peaches, pears and
pineapple. Pour sauce over chicken and fruit. Broil 3 to 5
minutes.
