tempting toppings make an excellent snack. 1/2 c. pineapple
yogurt spread Assorted cut up fruit* *Fruit - Mandarin orange
segments, blueberries, pineapple tidbits, strawberries, bananas
and/or kiwifruit. Spread teaspoonful of yogurt spread on each
rice cake; top with fruit. Serve immediately. 24 tartlets.
