BAKED EGG CUSTARD
Yield: 6 servings
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups heavy cream
12 Splenda packets
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stir all ingredients
together until well mixed. Place in a glass baking dish and
sprinkle with nutmeg. Place baking dish in a shallow pan of
water and bake at 325 degrees F for one hour or until a knife
inserted in the center comes out clean.
