CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH

1 bag (12 oz.) cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 med. onion
3/4-1 c. sugar

Slice unpeeled orange into 8ths; remove seeds. Place 1/2 the orange and 1/2 the cranberries in food processor container. Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange slices. Stir in sugar to desired sweetness. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Makes about 2-1/2 cups. Best to make this a couple of days ahead, the flavor improves.
