CRANBERRY JUICE WINE

48 oz. cranberry juice
40 oz. Welch's unsweetened grape juice
2 lemons (juice and pulp)
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry yeast

Pour into glass gallon jug. Stir well and make sure that yeast is dissolved. Stretch large balloon (was 10-cent size, but now probably 25-cent size) over top and tape with masking tape. Balloon will inflate in 24-48 hours. Replace balloon if it pops. Let set 21 days, then strain. Store at room temperature or refrigerate. Makes about 3-1/2 bottles.
