LEMON DROP COOKIES

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar
Grated rind of 1 sm. lemon
1 c. raisins, ground
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs

Rub together flour (in which has been sifted the baking powder), sugar and butter then add the rest of the ingredients and drop from a spoon onto buttered tins.
