Lemon Cookies

1 pkg. lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 egg
1 (4 oz.) Cool Whip
Powdered sugar
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding

Combine above ingredients except powdered sugar. Chill 15 minutes. Roll in 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Yield: 2-3 dozen.
