ENGLISH TEA COOKIES
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
6 tbsp. (1/2 c.) cocoa
1-1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. milk
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter

Stir first 3 ingredients until dissolved in double boiler. Add next 3 ingredients. Pack this mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 inch pan. Cool. Cream together powdered sugar, 1/4 cup butter, instant vanilla pudding and milk. Spread evenly and carefully over first layer. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter and pour evenly over top. No baking! You're done! Just chill it a bit so you can slice it easily into 1-2 inch squares.
