1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix*
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 c. dry oatmeal
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Cream butter and sugar; mix in pudding. Add eggs. Sift dry
ingredients; add to first mixture. Last, add oatmeal and nuts.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes
at 350 degrees.
