Glaze Recipes
Pineapple Ham Glaze
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 to 3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 box whole cloves
Bake ham according to directions. Half hour before ham is done, remove from oven. Pour off
drippings. Score top of ham about 1/8 inch deep into crisscrossed diagonals. Insert whole
clove into each section. Blend rest of ingredients and spoon mixture over the ham. Return
to oven, baste frequently during last half hour of cooking.
7-Up Mustard Glaze
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. mustard
12 oz. can 7-Up
Mix all together. Baste ham every 30 minutes. Cook ham as directed.
Coca Cola Ham Glaze
6 oz. Coke or Pepsi
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 c. brown sugar
Mix together. Keep basting ham with glaze.
Easy Baked Ham
1 ham
1 (12 oz.) can Coke (not diet)
1 can pineapple rings
1 can cherries
Clove spikes
Put ham in deep pan on aluminum foil. Pour Coke over. Pour cherries (drained) over. Place
pineapple rings on top. Put in clove spikes. Bake at low temperature (300 degrees) for 2-2
1/2 hours. Coke will turn into syrup.
