Tuna Casserole
1 envelope Lipton's noodle soup mix
2-1/2 cups boiling water
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
white pepper
1 7 ounce can tuna, drained and flaked
2 cups drained, cooked or canned peas
1 cup drained, small white onions
1 cup soft buttered bread crumbs
In small saucepan, cook soup mix in water. In other saucepan,
melt butter; blend in flour and pepper, gradually stir in hot
soup and cook until thickened. Add tuna and fold in peas and
onions. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Top with bread
crumbs. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes.
