Pork Chop Macaroni Casserole

4 to 8 pork chops
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 c. cooked macaroni, al dente
dash of cinnamon
1 med. onion, chopped or sliced

Preheat oven to 325. Brown onion and pork chops in small amount of oil in frying pan. Remove pork chops and lightly brown macaroni in same oil. Add tomatoes, dash of cinnamon and salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole dish with pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
