PEANUT CLUSTERS
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 heaping tbsp. butter
1 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/4 c. roasted peanuts
Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and
boil 8 minutes on medium heat. Add butter, nuts and vanilla.
Remove from heat, stir just enough to mix nuts. Drop by spoon
onto wax paper. Cool.
