Pepsi Barbecue Brisket 

1 c. coffee
8 lb. brisket
14 oz. ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
12 oz. Pepsi
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Brisket should be wrapped in heavy duty foil in large pan. Pour one cup of coffee over meat. Cook at 200 degrees for 24 hours. Drain and remove fat. Mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture over meat. Re-wrap meat and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
