All Purpose Barbecue Sauce 

1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 med. sized onion, chopped
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1-1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat to boiling. Use on poultry, pork or beef.
